In the fall

Most of these pics are of Hooded Mergansers.  I know they're not ducks, but they do hang around together, and the Mergansers are SO skittish that it took some time to get their pics, especially with the light and reflections in the water just right.  Some post processing, but nothing that fakes up the images, just clarifies.

The only manipulation on this (and the other) photo is some brightness and contrast control, and sharpening.
